Daily Duties at Perficient, Inc.:

 Oversaw, instructed, mentored, and motivated all testing staff and activities related to software quality assurance for all assigned Windows and Web-based applications;  Reviewed Requirements and conducted Test Readiness Assessment;  Defined and documented test process including required test activities and deliverables;  Worked with project team to define and create overall strategy and ensured that it was being achieved;  Developed and communicated the test strategy to the Project Manager and Development Team;  Conducted walk-through of Test Strategy and Test Plan with all members of the Development Team;  Identified test resources, estimated test effort and defined test schedule and milestones;  Ensured technical resources were organized for effective support of testing;  Ensured all testing standards were being met;  Served as an escalation point for issues involving software testing and post-release support;  Served as a resource and communication point for decisions about test schedule changes;  Performed Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Database and Browser compatibility testing of the website; utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio Test Professional 2010;  Managed requirements, tasks, bugs, builds, test results, and defects including reporting and full traceability; utilizing Team Foundation Server 2010 (TFS) as a collaboration platform;  Collected vital information like Diagnostic Trace, Event Log, Action Log, Network Emulation, and System Information to include in bugs; utilizing Test Manager 2010 action recordings;  Performed back-end data validation testing using SQL queries on oracle database;  Provided daily status reports to the senior management staff that included testing metrics;  Ensured that all aspects of testing, such as: manual execution, regression, automation, and performance are completed.
