Daily Duties at Bridge360, Inc.:

 Participated as the senior QA resource in business and functional reviews of Business Requirements Document (BRD), Interface Control Document (ICD) and system-generated reports;  Analyzed business and functional requirements to design test artifacts and functional/UAT test cases;  Created System Integration and Master (End-to-End) test plans;  Created Test Strategy Document, Functional and Non-functional Test Cases, Test Suites, Test Scenarios and Test Reporting Matrixes for various state and local government entitlement debit card solution project;  Performed Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Database and Browser compatibility testing of the website; utilizing IBM Rational Quality Manager 3.0;  Performed complete Test Case and Defect Management/Reporting; utilizing IBM Team Concert V3.0;  Created and executed System Test Scripts for different test scenarios covering all aspects of project functionality;  Implemented new environment for automated testing using IBM’s Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester (RPT) and Rational Quality Manager (RQM).
