Daily Duties at Community Service Center:
Administrative duties included: volunteer staff scheduling/coordination, filing, mailings, switchboard coverage and editing publications for the community service center. Assisted orienting new families to the community including local tours and cultural awareness guidance. Hosted the popular "Coffee Morning" meet and greet event. Scheduled counseling services for families and individuals while maintaining confidentiality. Managed and maintained the integrated master scheduling for fund raising events. Solicited, coordinated, and maintained the business sponsorships.
