Daily Duties at Starbucks:
Assist store manager in all store operations. Deploy and delegate responsibilities to create and maintain highest quality of customer service. Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store running effectively. Plan and implement promotional store events. Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment. Track sales and inventory need and place orders for store. Train new partners, reinforcing successful performances and coaching as needed. Daily cash management, banking, change orders and tills.
