Daily Duties at Dole Packaged Foods Llc:
Facilitate design, construction, commissioning and operation of new, automated, state-of-the-art $100M Greenfield food processing plant, prepare capital project scopes of work, cost estimates and schedules, effectively execute approved CAPEX, mentor subordinates and establish, administer and control departmental operating budget. Provide proactive and effective management of both scheduled and emergency maintenance activities. Direct reports comprised two Maintenance Supervisors and one Project Engineer, while indirect reports comprised 12-15 Maintenance Mechanics.
