• Served as a liaison for internal management and external clientele for Medical Director • Managed all travel arrangement (domestic and international) for MD including expense reimbursement • Coordinated, attend, and manage all aspects of large on and off-site meetings (all Travel, transportation and strict budget management included) • Assisted in clinical protocol review meetings and edits • Prepared Power Point presentation content and design • Managed MD’s calendar and scheduling • Responded to e-mails for MD which did not need his attention • Transcribed and edited all dictation including journal submissions and book chapters for MD
