Daily Duties at U.S. Navy Uss Rentz:
Managed and such logistical reports as the Material Outstanding File(MOF), ensuring completion of outstanding material orders for 45 workcenters ship-wide, following up on required delivery dates and accurate quantities. Managed a 14,000 line item inventory comprising of Hazardous Material, Repair Parts, and Depot Level Repairables totalling 24 million dollars in assets with the utilization of personnel. Utilizing 5 personnel, directed large evolutions loading 450pallets of stock material valued at 95,000 dollars for logistical and repair support of the ship during an extended 9 month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea area of responsibility. Material loadout and proper inventory and reports analysis allowed us to support 82 material requests from other navy ships worl-wide.
