Daily Duties at The Akron Beacon Journal:
Responsible for the management of a $2.2 million integrated front-end system installation with a project team of 32 members. The system replaced several antiquated systems used for order entry, rating, production, reporting and accounting. Developed a timeline, a multi-departmental project team, goals and time-sensitive task list for preparing the new system and transitioning from the old system without interrupting business operations.
