• Accountable for daily operations and maintaining customer base, developing local marketing/promotion opportunities. • Maintain sufficient staffing levels, salaried and hourly, using Targeted Selection and through proactive building of community relationships. • Implement comprehensive marketing programs and prospect local businesses, community groups and associations. • All Human Resources including; training of staff using published programs, development plans, appraising performance, progressive discipline. • All financials including; daily reconciliation and cash handling procedures, weekly/monthly reports, payroll, P&L analysis. • All technical operations including; maintain technical standards to ensure an uncompromised experience, scheduled maintenance and repair of Laser tag equipment through published guidelines, inventory and ordering levels of PCB’s and ancillary parts, retrofits and equipment upgrade.
