Daily Duties at Memorial Hermann Hospital:
Responsible to the Assistant Vice President of Hermann Children’s Hospital for the management of a 33-bed General Pediatrics Unit and a 6-bed Respite House, an outpatient day care for medically fragile children. Managed 37 FTEs and an annual operating budget of $2.5M. One Clinical Manger and one Program Coordinator reported to this position. Directly accountable for quality of patient care and customer service. Responsible for strategic planning, outcomes management, and team building.
