• Performed FEA analysis utilizing COSMOS Works of frame structures. • Modeling on Solidworks 2004 for system packaging to determine optimum space, weight and component accessibility. • Prepared detail drawings, BOMs of System Racks and Input/Output assemblies using 3D CAD software mainly Solidworks 2004. • Making Spare Part Addition Forms (SPAF’s) for purchase of parts with the help of MRP system. • Coordinating with vendors/suppliers for on time fabrication purchase and deliver of material and parts.
