As an Investigative Compliance Paralegal on a daily basis I would monitor the company helpline inbox for the electronic delivery of compliance or investigative complaints. I would then import the information into our database. I would also review and assign the matter as well as order any needed backup documentation. I would also create / update Legal Audit notebooks for all audits done by the compliance dept.
