Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
Responsible for warehousing and shipping operations for Target Corporation to ensure the delivery of millions of cartons annually to 26 Distribution Centers across the country. Directly supervised and ensured the safety, quality and productivity of over 40 departmental employees. Partnered regularly with Senior Management and Target Headquarters regarding process changes, training and company initiatives.
