Daily Duties at At&T:

Steered the direction of a large team of business account specialists, facilitating training, establishing goals, and disseminating best practices to drive achievement of key performance metrics. Produced daily schedules to ensure optimal workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service center. Facilitated frequent employee communications, documented performance improvement interactions, and complied with all protocols and guidelines while taking disciplinary actions. Attend, and serve as a resource during, grievance meetings, arbitration proceedings, and unemployment hearings.
