Daily Duties at Home Call Hospice:
Collaborate with two teams of health care professionals to provide pastoral and spiritual care to terminally ill patients. Provided pastoral care and bereavement support to a caseload of approximately 150 patients, per year; also provided services to patients’ caregivers and families.
