Daily Duties at Fairfield University:

Coordinated and implemented programming that articulates and fosters the Jesuit vision of the university, with special focus on supporting faculty and staff to better understand and more effectively communicate that vision to our students. • Cooperate with the President’s Office in developing programs to educate Board members and key administrators in the Jesuit vision of the university. • Coordinate and promote the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises for faculty, staff and students. • Collaborate with and supervise a team of ten spiritual directors in the promotion of the spiritual exercises. • Coordinate workshops and lectures for faculty, staff and parents that promote the university mission. • Provide leadership and direction in a new national training program for directing the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. • Collaborate with the national commission for Mission and Identity comprised of the directors of that office at the twenty-eight Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States.
