Assisted the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the department (Chemistry and Hematology). Performed maintenance on instruments with necessary documentation. Review Quality Control to check for Outliers, recalibrating when necessary (trends, shifts). Review the techs Quality Assurance daily to ensure dilutions were done, results were checked when necessary and all critical values called.
