Daily Duties at Abbott:
District Sales Trainer responsibilities include training others representatives in detailing and the sales process. Completed program with UPD, Strategic Account Selling and Emotional Intelligence. Cultivating local and national speakers for infant nutritional and pharmaceutical programs including Anil Sharma MD, Scott Sirlin MD, Rachel Lockwood NNP and Jim Clayton MD. • Presenter during District, Regional and National Sales meetings on varied topics. • District IT trainer responsibilities include training Districts in sales records keeping from Pocket PC and Laptop systems, to the Dell tablet. Educated on hardware and software aspects of upgrade in cooperation with the IT department at corporate in Columbus, Ohio. Recently assigned to Salesforce.com web and mobile trainer. • Developed new programs to increase our product usage by collaborating and co-marketing with Radiology Centers and Hospitals in my territory. • Educate Health Care Professionals in hospitals and offices on Pediatric Infant Nutritional and Pharmaceutical products including Biaxin, Survanta, Synagis, and Xopenex. • Developed a website interface with Abbott Nutrition’s pre-existing educational and marketing websites to increase sales and communication between Abbott Nutrition Divisions.
