Daily Duties at On Air Tenzing Communications Inc. :
Lead all finance and accounting related activity for the US operations. Work with team and foreign Parent Co to present and get approval for development path. Co-manage Seattle office of I/T, Operations, Product Planning, Development, Test, QA/QC, Sales. Work with contract H/R on H/R related issues. -Develop and maintain modeling for data products. -Consolidate financial statements. -Manage treasury transactions. -Shareholder communications. -Prepare and or present Board materials. -Fund Raising. -M&A -Pricing
