Daily Duties at Sap:

Responsible for configuration and Implementation changes of SAP Financial Account. Utilized Re-engineering techniques to enact improvement in financial systems, procedures, processes and practices. Followed ASAP implementation methodology and wrote blueprint phase documentation and completed configuration during realization phase Fixed assets FI-AA required configuration of asset classes, account determination, screen layout, asset under construction, capitalization, acquisition, depreciation, disposition, and reporting. Cleaned legacy customer master data. Reviewed customer addresses data, credit limit, dunning, line item display, and carry forward balances. Mapped and specified with programmers all conversions and interfaces from legacy system to SAP. Responsibilities and project scope include the conversation of customer and Account Receivable Master Data and develop daily interfaces from legacy system to SAP to implement FI-AR.  Design and develop Line layouts, Variants, Account assignment, Models and work Lists  Full configuration of the project covering the following: GL accounts, Account determination, Field Status Groups, Enterprise Structure- Credit Control Area and Business Areas, Account Groups, Document types, Customer and Document number ranges, Terms of payment, Clearing functions- Posting Keys, Reason Codes, Automatic clearing, Account assignment, and Tolerance groups, Bank master data, Closing & reporting, Interest calculation, Statement, Dunning, Credit Management functionality and Lockbox processing.  Basic setting for controlling, creation of primary and secondary cost elements, creation of cost centers and creation of assessment cycle and execution, creation of internal order types and internal orders and creation of profit center accounts and profitability analysis (CO – PA)  Carry out implementation of Scenario 2 and 3 and phase model of the migration process  Start of migration cockpit in production system using the Process Tree to display every step in the migration process and the monitor traffic – light colors to show the status of the migration.
