Set goals with the team to meet or exceed plans Strategic Planning - Delivered new technologies and building layouts for a gold leed to increase efficiencies that lead in customer and employee satisfaction, and work flow improvement by 50% Target Marketing – Utilized target marketing and demographic tools, and “Voice of the Customer” surveys to optimize market saturation opportunities. Plan sales blitzes and customer appreciation events Team Development - Trained, hired, and developed staff in skills necessary to Caterpillar parts operations utilizing strengths from all 35 team members and training programs to help motivate and grow the team with a focus on customer care and cost retention
