Lead Kaizen and 5S teams to improve processes and reduce redundancies. Project Management – Prioritized projects that align with local and corporate business initiatives. P&L management, beat ROI and timeline expectations by more then a year. Beta test site for many new products and technologies after DOE analysis. Negotiated terms of agreement through due-diligence, initiated corporate roll outs
