 Provided technical assistance to over 100’s of county agencies (e.g., Job & Family Services, Health, Sheriff, Alcohol & Drug Addiction & Mental Health, Boards of Mental Retardation, Children Services, etc.) regarding human resources activities.  Trained and counseled county agency human resources personnel in areas of recruitment, performance evaluation, position description writing, compensation, bargaining agreements, and job reassessment
