Accountable for the construction and development of five Moe's Southwest Grill Restaurants. President of the DC Moe’s Marketing Co-op involving 10 stores overseeing the marketing budget, projects and involvement in creating promotions with an annual marketing budget of over $300,000. Accomplished successful marketing programs that increased the growth of sales in the entire market. Established a catering system to create new business, increased catering efficiencies and reduced waste. Involved with Franchisee Advisory Sub Committee for Moe’s Southwest Grill.
