Performed in multi-faceted role of strategic advisor, plan manager, and transformation leader across Electrical Commodity Cluster. Served on CPO leadership team, charged with developing multi-year strategy for global purchasing function and defining organizational structure, performance metrics, and commodity strategies for all assigned spend categories. Allocated €650M of BOM spend across purchase categories of contract manufacturing, software, displays, computing devices, power sources, and user interfaces.
