Daily Duties at Philips Healthcare:
Selected by Executive Team to drive efforts to establish and lead new global cost innovation function across all product divisions, including value engineering, industrial strategy, and manufacturing productivity improvement program and cost-to-deliver standardized metric. Supervise 6 direct reports and 200+ indirect reports. Reporting directly to EVP of global operations and supply chain, assume accountability to Change Leadership Board made up of CEO, business leaders, CFO, and sales and marketing team. Administer €4M operating budget.
