Daily Duties at Verizon Wireless:
Managed the operational project plans to outline operations, contract agreements and systems requirements dedicated to the BSC Customer Service Team. Manage implementation activities using the back end of the Vision and I2K Billing Systems, Enterprise Information System, Consolidated and Integrated Billing Systems, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Project to ensure appropriate communications for a successful launch.
