Daily Duties at Excel Millwork And Moulding:
Complete management and supervision of all company installation crews (avg of 20 men). Responsible for scheduling of projects, Take off of material and associated components for all projects, General supervision and coordination of all building trades associated with installations (HVAC, Electricians, interior finishers), Production of pay requests and submittals, Company representative in dealing with Architects , Engineers and Contractors to insure original design intent was carried through to completion, Supervised carry out of final punch lists for project completion, Design / detailing and production of construction Documents for all associated projects
