Daily Duties at Gilchrist / Ross / Crowe:
Construction inspection of all construction trades - Steel super structure/welding, steel rebar , concrete structure, concrete block /brick ,interior galvanized metal stud framing/gypsum board HVAC, Plumbing Sanitary and water supply , Utility Gas, Electrical (power /lighting / sound ), Fire Sprinkler systems , All types of roofing systems (tile, single ply membrane, standing seam metal ). Liason for Florida State University between Architects /Engineers and Contractors. Review of pay requests and change orders, Maintain field construction document and spaecification libraries, Document Daily Field reports , Building Code / Construction Document interpretation, Monitor soil compaction, HVAC and plumbing testing,Quality Control of all construction trades , Create building punch lists, Design of commercial construction documents - building details
