Daily Duties at Enterprise Technology :
Direct and manage the financial functions of two dissimilar small businesses. This included responsibility for direction and staffing of a consulting company and real estate development group with more 100 employees. Annual sales volumes for these two companies were 7mil. & 47 million respectively. I managed all debt agreements, real estate loans, lines of credit and consolidations. In addition I managed real estate properties that were active orange groves and several construction projects. Develop a variety of financial models to support two dissimilar businesses. This included monthly financial statements, annual statements budgeting and forecasting models to support a consolidated strategic plan.
