Assisted 1 Director & 5 Managers, Account Development and a district client portolio of 35+ strategic Corporate Card & Business Travel clients. Managed all client calls & complex customer service issues. Worked diligently with Card operation center to deliver superior client results with new card implementations, reporting needs, special custom card applications, restructuring hierarchies, managed all global implementations. Assisted with all client presentations and attended many business review sessions with account managers. Acted as office manager and handled all monthly office expenses and procurement for Corporate Services, Purchasing Card, Merchant Services & the Traveler Cheque Groups within American Express. Managed and facilitated all regional client forum and entertainment events.
