Completed small business card conversions. Actioned global merchant acceptance issues. Executed account actions against account plans to drive district results. Assisted and attended client review sessions. Managed all difficult customer service issues for district client base. Consulted and managed all client reporting needs. Appointed as CSR team leader by Regional V.P. to mentor and improve success for other district CSRs.
