Daily Duties at Sling Shot Inc.:
Conceived the vision for this division, Worked with 10 person team to develop all activities from acquisition to packaging, marketing, sales and distribution. Created and/or developed bonus features for product. Approved all DVD menus and navigation.Contracted with third-party companies for authoring and compression, manufacturing and distribution channels in North America. Reported directly to the owner of the conglomerate. Managed a ten person team of direct reports consisting of: operations, marking, packaging, web design, finance and editing. NOTE: Left this company to join Razor Digital Entertainment, a vendor.
