Managed over 15 commercial card client relationships. Responsible for the retention, growth & profitability of a portfolio valued at $109M. Constantly promote and optimize growth opportunities, leveraging new functionality of American Express products and services to further strengthen the American Express premium value and brand. Build strategic relationships at all levels within client organizations.
