Oversees and is accountable for the overall training/development and management of the National Sales Director (NSD) Services department employees with four direct employees and over $200,000 annual payroll. Oversees the coordination of NSD aspects of Special Events with an annual budget of over $300,000. Scope of accountability includes management of the Family Security Plan program with an estimated annual budget of $4 million; training, mentoring and coaching employees, advisor and development liaison for Independent National Sales Directors in order to help them reach their career goals. Builds and maintains relationships across multiple departments.
