Daily Duties at Razor Digital Entertainment:
Oversaw 4 direct reports and 2 distribution partners ( Canada & US ). Accountable for all acquisition, sales, marketing, graphic design, distribution, design and IT initiatives. Worked with authoring house to assist in designing DVD menus and bonus features. Developed both long and short range marketing plans and formulated sales strategies with a dual focus on increasing market share and margin. NOTE: Left this company to join Magic Play Entertainment, a product supplier to this company.
