Daily Duties at Organizational Strategies Inc.:
Assisted in the development, implementation and management of the maintenance training concept on the Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey Aircraft. Coordinated the instructor staff and support requirements for quality training of Flightline, Airframes and Avionics trainees. Responsible for maintenance control, aircraft logs and records, IMRL requirements and supply acquisition in support of two MV-22B Trainers to be used for maintenance training within VMMT-204 Osprey Training Squadron.
