Acquired product for release on DVD in North America including working with American icons Pat Boone and Billy Graham to bring their product to market. Formulated sales, marketing and business development initiatives. Designed packaging templates. Was responsible for all manufacturing, interfacing with North American distribution partners, and ran the day-to-day video distribution activities. Responsible for 4 direct reports (US & Canada ).
