Manage leadership and operations training programs and budgets for Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Chicago locations Lead and develop teams of instructors for Atlanta,Chicago and Pittsburgh locations Train and assimilate 200 new operations managers for FedEx Home Delivery (a new operating unit of FedEx) Promote Leadership and Operations Colleges and General Studies programs internally (created brochures, newsletters and videos) Review and revise leadership course content Integrate all company training into one corporate university with a learning management system (LMS)
