•Worked under the Director of Nursing and CEO to staff a large acute/residential behavioral hospital •Assisted in the Departments of: Utilization Review, Medical Records, Intake Department, etc. •Assisting all populations who have a wide range of mental health disorders and/or dual diagnosis •Human Resource Support: provided aid with interviewing, annual trainings and company requirements •Assisting Discharge Planning and Counselors: assisting in providing future discharge services
