Led a team of 4 business analysts supporting all post-termination and mid-termination remarketing operations servicing Chrysler Financial and Mercedes-Benz Credit portfolios; Responsible for training, career development and evaluation of subordinate analysts; Managed customer requirements and ensured timely production of deliverables; Consulted with customers to provide measurement solutions and define key measurements for business processes and operations Provided business process analysis and operational reporting to pre-termination remarketing group for the Mercedes-Benz credit (MBC) portfolio; Supported pre-termination management by providing analysis of incentive compensation plans and management of those plans to ensure employees received correct compensation; Managed and produced allowances for pre-termination purchase incentive program (Special Remarketing Program [SRP]); Trained and mentored junior analysts Responsible for providing business process analysis and operational reporting to post-termination remarketing groups for the Mercedes-Benz credit (MBC) portfolio within DCS North America; Train and mentor junior analysts; Establish US wholesale market values for MBC on a bi-weekly basis
