Daily Duties at Syndetics, Inc:
Meet with client. Agree on Initial Scope of Work, Schedule, Deliverables, etc. Determine programmatic opportunities for performance improvement. Determine obstacles and roadblocks to performance. Investigate program and underlying assumptions, business model, personnel, processes, etc. to determine root causes of possible roadblocks and obstacles. Develop strategic and tactical alternatives to improve program performance. Gain support of key personnel. Provide analyses and recommendations of target program to executive management. Gain consensus on path forward. Develop and monitor progress of implementation team. Upsell services.
