Daily Duties at American Building Maintenance :
My position as a contracted Operating Engineer at the computer/communication center, for the United States, Postal Service Facility. My duties involve operation of boilers, centrifugal chillers, generators, UPS systems, and the operation of high voltage switchgear. HVAC, Fire systems operation, FM 200, deluge wet & dry, Safety regulations such as Lockout, Tag-Out, and Permit Required Confined Space Entry.UPS systems, Cooling Tower operation/maintenance, Generator operator/maintenance, Air Handler Operation an Maintenance. FM Global Fire systems checks. Computer Operated Building Maintenance Operation.
