Daily Duties at Zi Imaging Intergraph:

 Handles tasks for World Wide Financial Team Management including personnel appraisals, employee development plans, staffing levels, salary levels, and salary administration of various ZI Financial departments  Supervises the compilation, the reconciliation and review of the monthly Financial Reporting Packages, including supplemental schedules, and quarterly SEC bridge explanations for Z/I Ireland Ltd and Z/I Corporation  Manages the financial processes and procedures and maintain the process documentation, looking for continuous improvements opportunities  Assists the Vice President/Operational management in understanding the business from a financial perspective  Prepares and reports annual budgets, (rolling) forecasts for the worldwide Z/I operations in cooperation with the Vice president/Operational management, Inventory control department and report Actuals against them  Collaborates efforts in preparing and reporting cash planning/forecasting  Reviews the monthly cross-charge from Intergraph Germany, with respect to the monthly payroll transfer and expenditures  Coordinates the annual statutory audits and (tax) filings with E&Y  Implements visitation in the international operations as deemed necessary to ensure Financial and Operation goals are achieved  Supervises AR collections, invoice matching and billing activities for ZI Ireland Ltd and ZI Corporation
