Completed construction of NEW 112 bed Skilled Nursing Home Final construction and facility start up operations for new nursing home. Passed two (2) state and Medicare surveys. Wrote all facilities standard operating procuders and policies for new facility start-up. Selected all primary start-up staff and trained new staff. Conducted 1000 hour AIT program for new Nursing Home Administrator canadate. Supervised Daily Operations, Responsible for annual state survey. Oversight of all Operations to include Budget, Human Recourses, State and Federal rules and regulation, Resident relations, Life safety.
