Daily Duties at Columbia Health Care:

Responsibilities include: Wound Manager, head to toe assessments, Validation Nurse, Medicare audits, skin assessment & weekly summary audits, restraint & wander guard audits, pain management audits, wound audits, skin sweeps, also responsible to know who has peg tubes, foley catheters, rectal tubes, pacemakers, bipap, dialysis, PICC, PIV, Ports, Permacath. Responsible for tracking, assessing, reviewing, and writing interdisciplinary notes on all charts. Multitasking, micromanaging, Unit Manager, Referral Nurse.
