Daily Duties at Teknor Apex Sarlink Division:
Responsible for monitoring product quality by coordinating and carrying out raw material and finished product testing in support of the TPE business. Prepares samples for testing various techniques, including injection molding, compression molding and die cutting. Performs analysis of test results, comparing specifications and SPC data and conducting a first investigation of cause of deviation/ non-conformity. Ensure Quality Control components of 9001/ QS9000 system is maintained and contribute to continuous improvement of system and procedures. Computer Skills – Excel, Microsoft Word, Movex and some SAP.
