I lead different teams as assigned across the United States. At each site and with each team it was my goal to ignite a culture of pride in the TA brand, inspire true customers service standards. Coach site managers on hiring, training, scheduling and how to properly handle employee relationships. Leaving these teams to continue their success with greater customer service skills and strong decision making skills.
