Daily Duties at Hollywood Video:

As the district manager I was accountable for all direct activities within my region required to achieve district goals, including sales and profit objectives, and retention, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandise presentation. I coached and educated my teams in interviewing, training, as well as oversee each store managers success in their day to day activities. For example: Meeting P&L projections, ensuring that we are spending our labor hours for maximum return.
