Daily Duties at Duke Realty Inc.:
Assisted property managers with over 1 million square feet of medical property. Coordinated projects for landscaping, signage and minor repairs. Prepared new leases and other documentation for properties as well as service contracts for all vendor work. Assisted with tenant relations and was vendor contact for many sites. Issued new tenants keys, access cards and signage appropriate for their suite. Maintained records for tenants and vendors including leases, contracts and insurance certificates.
